Update of newly-released rule and regulations related to 2257
This is an update on the newly-released rules and regulations related to 2257. We will provide you with more information as it becomes available.
First, it is important to recognize that the regulations that the DOJ has set forth today are simply proposed regulations, issued for comment and possible change.
FSC will extensively comment on the regulations, and we intend to launch an industry-wide campaign to solicit your comments as well. We need your partici pa tion in this process. In the coming days we will provide details on how to comment.
Some of the points set forth were expected, and they represent the modest gains that we have achieved through litigation thus far. Some of the other points are troubling and represent the intransigence which we have come to expect from Attorney General Gonzales and his associates.
On the critical subject of “secondary producers,” the Justice Department is continuing to suggest that it has been right all along and that Congress ALWAYS intended secondary producer to be included in 2257. Therefore, they are consider ing the original legislation and regulations issued in 1995 to be valid for “secondary” as well as “primary” producers. We understand that for many of you it is simply impossible to comply with the Justice departments demands, and that is one of the reasons why we will continue the fight.
Unless the final regulations change radically from those proposed today, FSC will continue our litigation at the appropriate place and time, including seeking another injunction for “secondary producers” as well as others.
At the end day, we will make sure that federal judges understand the absurdity of these regulations, and we will not let up on our commitment to you and to your rights.

Teen Breaks Into Neighbor's Home to Watch Porn

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A Florida teen is in trouble after he was caught breaking into a neighbor's home to watch pornography.
A woman said she caught her 15-year-old neighbor sitting at the computer watching porn. She said it's not the first time the boy has broken into her home.
On two other occasions the woman said she came home to find her computer on with multiple windows of pornography open.
The boy, who is not being named because of his age, confessed to police that he's broken in four times. He also admitted to stealing a Playstation, which has since been returned.
He is charged with two counts of burglary and one count of grand theft and was taken to Cape Coral Juvenile Detention Center. He is reportedly now back home

LOS ANGELES — Veteran performer Ginger Lynn, who has not shot hardcore since 2001, will go before the cameras again July 6 for Kink.com in two scenes, a wrestling scene with Isis Love and a hardcore scene with Mark Davis.
"I've fallen madly in love. I have finally met a man who can keep up with me, who is my match in bed, and that man is Mark Davis. We met at a fundraiser for Nicki Hunter and have been inseparable ever since," Lynn told XFANZ. "I figured if I was ever to make a comeback, I would do something I have never done before, show something I have never shown before, to express myself the same way I do at home. Very few men — none — have been able to bring that out of me the way Mark Davis has."
Lynn declined to go into detail about the scenes.
"I've always been known as the girl next door, naughty-but-nice. At home, I'm sick, twisted, kinky and I have no boundaries. I don't want to go into detail, but I will be living out my fantasies on film that I have only been able to do in my private life up until now. I may alienate some fans. They may be scared off, they may be fabulously surprised. At this point in my career and my life, it really doesn't matter to me. I am going to do something I want to do.
